1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the 33bed platform, including the website at https://33bed.vip, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any related services provided by 33bed. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players, regardless of whether they have completed account verification or made a financial transaction.

By accessing or using any part of the 33bed platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2, including the minimum age of 18 years.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 33bed platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while holding an active account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 33bed enforces a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 at the time of registration, or who were under 18 at the time of any deposit or wagering activity, will have their accounts permanently closed and any winnings forfeited. Deposits will be returned to the originating payment source after investigation.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the 33bed platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it. 33bed makes no warranty that access to or use of the platform is legal in your location. Players in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law should not register or use this platform.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money betting and casino features on 33bed, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable.

The following rules apply to all 33bed accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may register and maintain only one active account. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID) or a valid passport. Additional address verification may be requested at 33bed's discretion. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in the request being declined pending verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

33bed supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard may be available subject to your issuing bank's policies on gambling transactions.

Deposits:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. 33bed reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. 33bed reserves the right to route withdrawals through alternative methods where necessary for anti-money-laundering compliance.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if your account is under investigation, subject to a bonus wagering requirement, or if a dispute is pending. 33bed will communicate the reason for any delay within 24 hours of the original request being placed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and free-spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before the expiry date results in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33bed platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action or reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 18 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Using another person's identity, payment details, or account credentials.

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the 33bed platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, display errors, or pricing mistakes ("palpable errors") to generate profit. Any bets placed at an erroneous price may be voided at 33bed's discretion.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker formats, or any other game type where collusion would confer an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, crawl, or systematically access the 33bed platform for commercial or competitive purposes.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward 33bed support staff or other players in any chat or communication channel.
• Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data belonging to other players or to 33bed's internal infrastructure.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the 33bed platform — including but not limited to the 33bed brand name, logo, website design, graphics, layout, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 33bed or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the 33bed platform for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 33bed.
• Game content (including slot titles, live casino streams, and sportsbook interfaces) is licensed to 33bed by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Their respective intellectual property rights are retained in full.

8 Limitation of Liability
